I've always felt at home in Barcelona, says Lionel Messi

Lionel Messi has been with Barcelona all his life, including his La Masia days, where it all started. The Catalans have been for a long time a club where big talents come out from their academy, including Xavi Hernandez, Andrés Iniesta, and Messi, leading them to multiple titles over the years.

The Argentinian revealed in an interview that he thought about leaving Spain due to his tax avoidance case back in 2013. The problem wasn't necessarily Barcelona, but how things were handled by the press, and the protection nobody gave him during the trial.

Messi's loyalty to Barça was never in question, and with Cristiano Ronaldo's comments the other day, stating that his end might be near, the superstar had to deal with the same question in a recent interview to .

"I'll find out over time, because you realise by yourself when you can’t go on. I'll be the one to say enough is enough, but I don't know how much longer that will be. At the moment I feel good." Leo said to reporters.

Barcelona had a terrible start to the season, but they seem to be coming back to form again. Injuries that derailed the squad during the first two months, aren't happening at this moment, and with the squad fully healthy, this could be the time for the club to gain momentum for La Liga and the Champions League.
